Privacy policy — Bundle Products

Bundle Products ("the app") is provided by DragaApps ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects when a Shopify merchant installs it, how that information is used, and how it is deleted.

Information we collect

When you install the app, Shopify gives us access to the information below. We only store what the app needs to work.

• Store information: your store's myshopify domain and the access token Shopify issues to the app.
• Bundles: the bundles you create in the app — bundle names, the products and product variants they contain, quantities, the options customers can choose and your pricing settings.
• Bundle sales: for orders that contain one of your bundles, the order ID, the bundle, the number of bundles sold and the amount, so the app can show your bundle sales. We don't store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses or payment details.

The app does not collect personal information from your customers. Storefront blocks run in your online store and don't send customer data to us.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide the app: to create and update bundle products in your store, to price bundles in the cart, to show bundle contents on your storefront and to show bundle sales in the app. We don't sell or share it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Sharing

We use a hosting provider to run the app. They process data only on our behalf. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

• When you uninstall the app, Shopify revokes our access. Your bundles stay in our database for 48 hours in case you reinstall.
• 48 hours after uninstalling, Shopify sends us a deletion request and we delete your store's data, including bundles and bundle sales.
• When Shopify forwards a customer data deletion request, we delete any bundle sales records for that customer's orders.
• Bundle products created in your store are part of your store and stay there until you delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about your store. Customers of your store can make requests through you; we respond to Shopify's customer data requests as described above.
